摘要
本文分析了人的因素对企业推进精益管理的长效性影响,提出了如何通过标准化作业、合理化提案、培训体系等的组合运用有效控制和发挥人的因素,以保证产品的质量和生产效率,同时充分发挥员工智慧与热情,促进精益管理的不断提升和企业管理水平的精益求精。
This paper analyzes long-term impact from the human factors of the the enterprise of Lean Management, puts forward how to use the Standardized operations, the rationalization proposal and the combination of the training system to control human factors, to ensure product quality and production efficiency, and give full play of the wisdom and passion of the staff at the same time, in order to promote the improving of the Lean Management and enterprise the management level of excellence.
