摘要
模具智能化是目前模具的重要发展方向与前沿,基于工业4.0的起源和定义,系统分析了工业4.0的内涵以及中国制造2025的目标,对模具智能化及其给模具行业发展带来的影响进行了较深入的阐述,给出了未来智能模具的一般性描述,并对模具智能化和网络化将会给模具技术带来的挑战进行了总结和解析。
The die ＆ mould intelligentize is the important development direction and the front of the die ＆ mould at present. Based on the origin and definition of ＂Industrial 4.0＂, the connotation of ＂Industrial 4.0＂ and 2025 goal of China＇s manufacturing were systemati- cally analyzed. Also the die ＆ mould intelligentize and its effects on the development of the die ＆ mould industry were elaborated, and the future intelligent die ＆ mould was gen- eral described. Finally, the challenge of die ＆ mould technology due to the inteUigentize and networking was summarized and analyzed.
