摘要
介绍了汽车外饰塑件由于结构、材料等原因引起的翘曲变形问题,通过对典型案例的分析,综合考虑客户要求、塑料物性参数、注射工艺参数、模具浇注系统、冷却系统等确定塑件的预变形量,最终成型出符合设计要求的塑件,对于提高塑件成型质量具有指导意义。
The warping issue of motive exterior plastic product caused by the structure and material was presented. Through some typical cases, considering customer requirements, plastic physical parameters, injection process parameters, feeding system, cooling system to determine the predeformation value of part. Finally, the qualified part was produced, which had guiding significant to improve the quality of the product.
