摘要
通过以《模具材料及表面处理》课程教学改革为契机,以材料成型与控制工程专业学生创新素质培养研究为载体,采用创新型课堂教学—实验教学改革—创新实践基地建设以及加强师生互动交流等模式进行创新型人才培养,培养出社会认可度高、合格的、具有创新精神和创新素养的卓越工程师。
A Based on the teaching reformation of "Die & Mould Materials and Surface Treat- ment", the research was made on the innovative quality training of students whose major was material forming and control engineering. The model of innovative classroom teaching, experimental teaching reform, innovation practice base construction and strengthening teach- er-student interaction were adopted to train innovative talents, which could cultivate accept- able by social and qualified outstanding engineer with innovative spirit.
