摘要 在过载信号测试系统中,加速度计感知到的信号常混有噪声,并且过载信号方向没有往复性,而加速度计对正反方向加速度均会作出响应,导致AD转换器量程无法充分利用。针对上述问题设计了一种信号调理电路,降低噪声,提高信噪比,并对信号进行高精度幅值调理。经试验测试,电路2倍截止频率衰减达-60.19 d B,稳态信号调理精度在1%以内,已成功应用于工程实践中。 Output signal of accelerometer which is used for over-loading signal test system is often mixed with noise. The mismatch of bidirectional accelerometer and single direction of over-loading signal leads to the full-scale of AD converter cannot be put into full play. Aiming at these problems,a kind of conditioning circuits is developed to re-duce noise,increase signal to noise ratio and regulate signal amplitude accurately. Test results show that stop band attenuation is up to-69.19 dB,when the input frequency is twice of the cutoff frequency. Accuracy of stationary sig-nals regulation is controlled within 1%. This circuit has been successfully applied in engineering practice.
