中学生B群人格共病偏离及影响因素调查研究

摘要 采用一般资料调查问卷,人格诊断问卷(PDQ-4+),青少年情绪弹性问卷(ERSA),青少年心理弹性问卷(HKRA),一般自我效能感量表(GSES),自尊量表(SES)对683名中学生B群人格共病偏离的状况及影响因素进行调查研究。结果表明:中学生B群人格共病偏离人数为70人,占调查总数的12.5%;B群人格共病偏离中学生心理弹性5个维度,情绪弹性的2个维度得分均显著低于正常组(P<0.05),但在自尊得分显著高于正常组(P<0.001);多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,家庭支持(OR=0.660,P<0.01),情绪控制(OR=0.444,P<0.001)和情绪恢复能力(OR=0.575,P<0.01)是中学生B群人格共病偏离的主要影响因素。 To investigate Cluster-B personality dysfunction with comorbidity and its influencing factors among middle school students. 683 middle school students were assessed with a self-made general demographic questionnaire,Personality Diagnostic Questionnaire-4 +,Emotional Resiliency Scale for Adolescents,Resilience Scale of Adolescents,Self-Esteem Scale,and General Self-Efficacy Scale.The results showed that,among all the participants,70( 12. 5%) showed a symptom of Cluster-B personality dysfunction with comorbidity. The middle school students having Cluster-B personality dysfunction with comorbidity had a lower score in resilience and emotional resilience( P 〈0. 05) but a higher score in self-esteem( P〈 0. 001). The multiple logistic analyses showed that the family'support( OR = 0. 660,P〈0. 01),emotional control( OR = 0. 444,P 〈0. 001) and emotional recovery( OR = 0. 575,P 〈0. 01) were main influencing factors of Cluster-B personality dysfunction with comorbidity among middle school students.
