摘要
针对广东省某极细粒级铅锌矿泥利用率极低这一问题,进行了一系列浮选试验研究。采用了分散剂六偏磷酸钠,并分别尝试丁基黄药、乙硫氮作为捕收剂,选取最优参数进行闭路试验,最终获得了铅+锌品位为44.17%、回收率为69.29%的铅锌混合精矿。与该厂之前将矿泥与原矿直接以一定配比输送至主流程选矿相比,产品指标有了较大的改善,在提升铅锌矿产资源综合利用水平上取得了良好的进步。
In view of the phenomenon that a certain very fine grade lead-zinc slime utilization was very low in Guangdong,a series of flotation experiments was carried out. In the experiment,hexametaphosphate was used as the dispersant,butyl xanthate and diethyldithiocarbamate were tried as the collector, then selected the optimal parameters for closed-circuit experiment,finally the grade of lead + zinc was 44. 17% with recovery of 69. 29% in the lead and zinc mixed concentrate. Compared with the original process,the product indicators had greatly improved,and in the lead-zinc mineral resources comprehensive utilization level ascension has made good progress. It had made good progress in promoting the comprehensive utilization level on lead-zinc mineral resources.
