摘要
试验研究表明,康家湾矿硫精矿提质采用锌硫混合浮选—精选—锌硫分离工艺,可将硫精矿品位从36%提高到45%以上,同时精矿中金、铁品位也相应得到提高,提升了硫精矿的附加值。该工艺技术应用到生产后取得了成功,为企业带来显著的经济效益。
Experimental research shows that Kangjiawan sulfur concentrate grade can be increased from 36%to more than 45% by using zinc sulfide mixed flotation,cleaning,zinc and sulphur separation process,at the same time gold,iron grade also improved accordingly,improve the added value of sulphur concentrate. The technology has been successful applied to production,which can bring significant economicd benefit for enterprises.
