摘要
云南昆阳建有450万t/a的磷矿浮选装置,采用单一反浮选工艺流程处理碳酸盐型胶磷矿,浮选过程中调整剂使用硫酸,补加水使用选矿回水,成本高,设备结钙现象严重。针对此问题,将附近磷化工厂生产过程中产生的酸性废水应用于磷矿选矿工艺,含氟酸性废水替代硫酸使用,硫酸循环水代替选矿回水作为工艺补加水使用。研究结果显示,化工酸性废水应用于磷矿反浮选工艺后,流程运行稳定,各项指标良好,亦可节约药剂成本。
A phosphate rock flotation device of 4. 5 million t / a is built in Kunyang,Yunnan,collophane carbonate type is sorted by the single reverse flotation process. The adjustment in the process of flotation is sulfuric acid and dressing backwater is used. The cost is high and the phenomenon of calcium is serious. Accordingly,the several kinds of acidic waste water near the phosphating factory are used in the process of application in phosphate rock beneficiation process,fluoride acid waste water can be used instead of sulfuric acid,sulfuric acid circulating water replace process water. Experiment results show,chemical acid waste water used in phosphate rock after the reverse flotation technology,process runs stable,the indicators is good,can also save costs.
