摘要
从单矿物及人工混合矿两方面对新型铜钼分离抑制剂BK511的应用特性进行了研究。结果表明,BK511的最佳应用p H值为6~8,且较小的用量即可实现铜钼分离。在此基础上将其应用于西藏玉龙铜矿的铜钼分离试验,闭路试验获得钼品位50.66%、含铜0.55%、钼作业回收率87.20%的钼精矿和铜品位30.48%、铜作业回收率99.99%的铜精矿。
This paper had a research about application performance of new depressant BK511 for Cu-Mo separation from two aspects,mono-mineral test and artificial mixed mineral test. The results show that the best p H value for BK511 is 6 ~ 8,and it has a good performance at a small dosage. On that basis,BK511 was applied as Cu-Mo separation depressant to Yulong Copper Mine in Tibet. Closed circuit flotation test got a molybdenum concentrate containing Mo 50. 66% and Cu 0. 55%,and a copper concentrate containing Cu 30. 48%. The operate recovery of molybdenum is about 87. 20%,and the operate recovery of copper is about 99. 99%.
