摘要
溢流浓度的高低对立式砂仓中尾砂的养砂时间、放砂浓度以及后续的充填流程会产生直接的影响。新城金矿立式砂仓溢流水浓度过高,不能满足现场工作要求。为此,从理论上进行分析,根据其产生的原因对立式砂仓的结构进行改造,并在生产流程上提出了改进措施。即在砂仓上部增加消力池、圆形中心筒和斜板;对进、放砂流程进行了改造,进而达到了降低砂仓溢流水浓度的效果。
The overflow level of concentration in vertical sand silo in rising sand time,density of the discharged sand and to subsequent filling process has a direct effect.The overflow concentration of vertical sand silo is too high,which can not meet the requirements of the field work.Therefore,the structure of vertical sand silo is changed according to its cause and the improvement measures of production process are proposed.The energy dissipation basin,the circular central tube and the inclined plate are added in the top of vertical sand silo and the process of into and discharge sand is reformed,which achieves the effect of reducing vertical sand silo overflow concentration.
