含盐—卤水喷浆材料力学性能试验研究

摘要 以新疆吐哈地区为背景,研究淡水缺乏地区含盐—卤水喷浆支护材料的工程性能。用盐—卤水模拟当地特有的含一定盐度的水,通过正交试验控制试块各材料的配合比进行试验。依据试块单轴抗压强度的大小来分析试验各因素各水平对试块强度的影响机制,并确定工程性能好、经济价值高的优化组合。试验结果表明:1)喷浆材料强度在一定时间内随时间增长呈现升高趋势,并且在养护龄期为10d左右时会出现强度突增现象;2)盐度和水灰比因子对喷浆材料强度影响都很显著,而灰砂比对材料强度影响不显著;3)盐度的优化水平为28~30g/L,水灰比的优化水平为0.38,结合新疆吐哈地区特殊地理位置和地质条件,灰砂比的优化水平为1:4.5至1:5.0。 Taking Xinjiang Tu-Ha area as the background,the project properties of shotcrete material with brine in the lack of fresh water area are studied.Using the brine to simulate the local water with certain salinity,experiment is carried out to control the mixture ratio of each test block by orthogonal experiment.According to the uniaxial compressive strength to analyze the influence mechanism of each factor and each level,confirm the optima combination of engineering performance and high economic value.The research demonstrates that:1)The strength of shotcrete material increases with time in a certain period of time and the intensity will be a sudden increase after curing about 10days;2)The salinity and the water cement ratio have a significant impact to the strength of the shotcrete material,but the cement-sand ratio has a little impact to the strength;3)The optimal level of the salinity is 28~30g/L and the water cement ratio is 0.38.According to the special geographical location and geological conditions in Tu-Ha area of Xinjiang,the optimal level of the cement-sand ratio is from 14.5to 15.0.
