金川龙首矿副井返修施工技术实践 被引量:3

摘要 结合金川龙首矿西二采区副井所处的不良地质环境和采矿技术条件,针对副井严重变形情况,开展了副井返修方案与施工支护工艺研究。提出了井筒和马头门返修处理工艺,确定了1 015~1 240m段的225m井筒整体返修方案。同时,根据围岩稳定性条件,优化锚喷网联合支护型式和工艺参数,并确定了支护顺序与间隔最佳时间。在此基础上,开展返修后的井筒围岩变形监测技术研究。根据监测点所获得井筒和马头门断面变形以及随时间的变化规律,判断返修后井筒的稳定状态,并指导下一步施工方案的调整与优化。该研究为类似条件下的竖井工程返修设计和施工提供参考。 Combined with adverse geological conditions and mining technology conditions of auxiliary shaft in the second mining area in west,considering the serious deformation of auxiliary shaft,repair scheme and supporting construction technology are studied.Repair process of shaft and horsehead is provided,and the 225 mof 1 240~1 015 section shaft body repair project is determined.According to stability condition of surrounding rock,optimization of bolting and shotcrete wire parameters,support sequence and optimal time interval are determined.On this basis,monitoring technology of surrounding rock deformation is studied after the repaired shaft.According to the cross section deformation of shaft and horsehead from monitoring point and change law with time,to judge stable state of repair shaft,and to guide the adjustment and optimization of the next construction scheme.This study provides a reference for the similar conditions of engineering design and construction of shaft repair.
