摘要
教学团队对于中职学校人才培养质量具有决定性作用,提升人才培养质量要重点建设高水平教学团队。而当前教育部对中职学校教学团队建设的支持力度不足,中职学校普遍对教学团队建设不够重视,在教学团队目标定位、运作管理、制度保障等方面存在偏差和缺位,其根源在于缺乏对教学团队内涵和特征的认识。建设高水平教学团队,要在明晰教学团队内涵和特征的基础上,将提升人才培养质量作为教学团队建设的根本目标,合理推选团队带头人和骨干教师,优化教学团队结构,促进教学团队扁平化和跨界融合,加快教育教学管理体系创新。
Teaching team has a decisive role in personnel training quality of vocational school,which means that a high-level teaching team is very important for enhancing personnel training quality. However,currently the Ministry of Education provides insufficient support for Secondary Vocational Technical Schools,and the schools themselves don't pay much effort to team building,with deviation and absence in targeting,operations management and system guarantee,which roots in the lack of understanding about teaching team's content and features. In order to build up high-level teaching team,we suggest taking quality promotion as the fundamental objective,optimize teaching team structure reasonably,and accelerate the innovation of education management system.
