摘要
从职业教育的职业性、应用性和实践性考察,张謇职教思想的合理内核在当代职教办学实践中是适用的。在"张謇计划"拔尖创新人才培养过程中继承和发展张謇职教思想,需要采取准确定位人才培养规格,设置开放型、复合型课程和推进"工作过程导向"教学等措施。
From the perspective of vocational,applicable,and practical characteristics of vocational education,the kernel of Zhang Jian＇s thoughts on vocational education is compatible with the practice of present vocationaleducation. To inherit and develop Zhang Jian＇s thoughts on vocational education,such measures should be takenas the cultivation specifications accurately positioned,open cross-over curricula set,and work process-orientedteaching promoted.
