高职生源多元化背景下各类型生源素质比较——以江苏工程职业技术学院为例

Comparison of Prospective Student Qualities Under the Background of Diversified Student Sources——A Case Study of Jiangsu College of Engineering and Technology

根据国家中长期教育发展规划纲要,江苏省积极探索各类招生录取制度改革。随着招生录取机制的日益多样化,高职院校生源也呈多源化趋势。对江苏工程职业技术学院主要在校生源作了分析比较,并针对高职单招生和对口单招生的培养提出了改进建议。

According to＂the National Medium- and Long-Term Plan for Education Reform and Development＂,Jiangsu Province explores actively the ways to reform enrollment system. With the enrollment mechanismsdiversified,the prospective students of vocational colleges are found to be from diverse sources too. Based on acomparative analysis of student sources of Jiangsu College of Engineering and Technology,the paper proposedsuggestions on improving the education of students enrolled through independent recruitment and from secondaryvocational schools.
