摘要
采用不同序列对金银花及其易混品开展基于DNA条形码的鉴别研究。结果表明:14个样品中仅有4个个体为金银花,其余分属于大花忍冬复合类群,为山银花基原植物,多序列NJ树支持《Flora of China》中的大花忍冬复合类群划分,ITS、mat K、trn Ltrn F序列可鉴别金银花及其易混品,rpl32-trn L和rps16序列也有较好的DNA条形码应用前景,可作为金银花及其易混品分子鉴别的DNA条形码候选序列。
In this study,DNA barcoding analysis was carried out on 14 individuals of Lonicera genera in order to identificate the Lonicera japonica and its adulrants. The results showed that only 4 individuals were Lonicera japonica,and the others were Lonicera sp. which belonged to Lonicera macrantha species complex. The NJ consensus trees based on different sequences supported the division of Lonicera macrantha species complex in Flora of China. The ITS,mat K,trn L-trn F sequences could be the DNA barcoding sequences to identificate Lonicera japonica and adulterants,the rpl32-trn L and rps16 sequences could be the candidate sequences.
