外源水杨酸处理对黄瓜幼苗叶片糖代谢的调节作用 被引量:3

Effect of Exogenous Salicylic Acid Treatment on Regulation of Carbohydrate Metabolism in Cucumis sativus Seedlings Leaves

摘要 采用黄瓜水培试验,并结合根际施用水杨酸(SA),分析了外源SA对黄瓜幼苗叶片糖代谢的调节作用。结果表明,适宜浓度的SA处理促进黄瓜幼苗的生长,以0.1 mmol/LSA处理效果最好;SA处理后,第1片真叶内可溶性糖、还原糖和总糖含量极显著高于对照,在处理第6天含量达到最高;棉籽糖和水苏糖含量都低于对照,以0.5 mmol/L SA处理效果最明显;不同浓度SA处理后,淀粉含量急剧下降,处理第6天降至最低点,约为10.42 mg·g^(-1),以0.5 mmol/L SA处理效果最明显;不同浓度SA处理后,转化酶AI和NI活性都低于对照,合成酶SS(分解方向)活性在处理前期稍高于对照,后期显著低于对照,0.5 mmol/L SA处理与对照达到显著性差异水平;不同浓度SA处理后,SPS活性增大,3个浓度在处理后期与对照达到极显著差异,其中0.5 mmol/L SA处理效果最明显;SS活性与SPS活性变化具有相似的趋势,总体看,SS活性较低于SPS活性;不同浓度SA处理后,淀粉酶活性高于对照,其中0.1 mmol/L SA处理效果最明显。表明外源SA处理后叶片内蔗糖代谢相关酶活性和大小间接影响叶片内糖的积累。 Hydroponics experiments by rhizosphere application with different concentrations of salicylic acid(SA) were conducted to investigate the effect of exogenous SA on carbohydrate metabolism in cucumber(Cucumis sativus L.) seedlings leaves. The results showed that the appropriate concentration of SA treatment promote the growth of cucumber seedlings,and in 0. 1 mmol / L for SA treatment,the effect was the best; The soluble sugar,reducing sugar and total sugar content of the first true leaf were significantly higher than that of control when the leaf was treated,and the content reached the highest after 6 d; Raffinose and stachyose concentrations were lower than of control,and in 0. 5mmol / L for SA treatment,the effect was the most obvious; Starch content had a sharp decline and fell to the lowest point after 6 days,about10. 42 mg·g^(-1)with different concentrations of SA,and in 0. 5 mmol / L for SA treatment,the effect was the best. AI and NI invertase activity were lower than the control,synthase SS(cleavage direction) was slightly higher than the control activity in the early stage,late significantly lower than the control with different concentrations of SA,and in 0. 5 mmol / L for SA treatment,the effect was the best; SPS activity increased,the three concentrations reached a very significant difference in post-processing control with different concentrations of SA,and in0. 5 mmol / L for SA treatment,the effect was the best; SS and SPS activity changed with similar trend,in the overall look,SS activity was relatively lower than that of SPS activity; Amylase activity was higher than control,the tendency for 0. 1 mmol / L SA treatment effect was obvious with different concentrations of SA,which indicated that with exogenous SA the enzyme activity and size related to sucrose metabolism in leaves indirectly affected the accumulation of leaves of sugar.
