不同培养基对蓝莓“康威尔”组培增殖生长的影响 被引量:9

摘要 为了加快蓝莓品种"康威尔"组培苗快繁速度,以"康威尔"茎段为外植体,研究基本培养基种类对其组培苗增殖的影响。结果表明,LM培养基相比MS,DPD,DKW,RNS,1/2MS,MS,1/4MS,White,N6,WPM,B5培养基更适于"康威尔"不定芽增殖培养,其总增殖系数、有效增殖系数、苗高、植株鲜重和干重显著高于其他培养基。LM+1 mg/L ZT的有效增殖系数达到15.03。利用DPS软件对各生长指标进行相关性分析,结果表明,有效增殖系数与总增殖系数、苗高、植株鲜重和干重呈极显著正相关。 To establish a high efficient shoot regeneration system of Blueberry‘Coville',the stems of‘Coville'were used as explant to investigate the kinds of culture medium,which affected the rapid propagation of shoots of ‘Coville'. The results showed that LM was more suitable for‘Coville'in vitro shoot proliferation than MS,DPD,DKW,RNS,1 /2MS,MS,1 /4MS,White,N6,WPM and B5. Compared to other culture,the LM culture media promoted shoot proliferation significantly,total proliferation coefficient,effective proliferation coefficient,seedling height,fresh weight and dry weight were also found higher. LM + 1 mg / L ZT could make the effective proliferation coefficient reach 15. 03 after 40 d. Correlation analysis of growth parameters after 40 d were conducted with DPS software. The results showed that the effective proliferation coefficient had a positive correlation with four growth parameters including total proliferation coefficient,seedling height,fresh weight and dry weight.
