困境与跨越:论建设世界一流大学

改革开放以来,我国创建了以"211"工程和"985"工程为代表的高等教育发展体系,极大地推动了我国高等教育事业的发展。尽管如此,中国一流大学与世界一流大学差距仍然十分明显,在大学精神、大学使命、人才荟萃和"世界性"等维度均可窥一二。通过比较两者差距,结合我国高等教育发展的困境,深入研究建设世界一流大学的关键环节,为我国高等教育事业献计献策。

Since reform and opening up, our country created ＂211＂and ＂985＂ projects of higher education sys- tem which greatly promoted the development of the undertaking of Chinese higher education. From the university＇s spirit, university＇s mission, gathering talent and ＂international＂category, it is obvious that the gab between Chinese- class universities and world-class universities is still wide. We should compare the gap, and consider the realistic dilemma of our country＇s higher education to study the key point in the process of building the world-class univer- sities in order to provide suggestions for the development of Chinese higher education.
