浅析高校二级学院科研体制创新建设与管理——以某研究型农业大学信息与电气工程学院为例

高校原有科研体制与管理中存在的问题极大地制约着高校二级学院科研的发展。在我国科技实行创新驱动发展战略的新时期,随着高校管理重心的下移,二级学院在教学、科研、社会服务等方面将拥有更大的自主权。某研究型农业大学信息与电气工程学院以学科建设为核心,明确科研导向、整合科研力量、增强社会服务,探索出一条科研体制创新建设与管理之路。
