Normal students＇ post practice is innovation and development of the practice teaching that the min- istry of education vigorously advocated, is indispensable in the process of the practical teaching training of teachers in higher normal colleges. Government plays an important role in the practice of quality assurance work. This paper points out that the statutory functions and duties of governments at all levels to normal students＇ post practice, and explores the management mode of the normal students＇ post practice in government intervention.
