职业生涯规划教育对提升大学生就业硬实力作用的研究——以X大学职业生涯规划教育为例

21世纪以来,中国的职业规划教育迎来了大发展时期,大学生职业规划教育已成为高等教育体系的重要组成部分,对大学生职业生涯方面的规划与引导有重要作用。然而,国内职业生涯教育在课程形式、师资队伍、实践锻炼上还有待于提高。

Career planning education in China has developed rapidly since the 20th century, and it has become an important component of higher education system as it can efficiently help and guide students to plan their ca- reers. However, there is still much room for improvement of our domestic career planning education in terms of course form, teaching staff, educational practices, etc.
