摘要
我们统计了本校2015级部分本科生实验《红细胞膜通透性的测定》结果,揭示不同溶质对小鼠红细胞膜的扩散能力和扩散速度,并结合细胞生物学和多个学科的理论知识,分析溶血或不溶血现象的产生原因及速度差异。文章能为红细胞膜通透性的实验教学提供有价值的参考。
We collected the experiment results of The Hemolysis Capability to Erythrocyte Membrane among our university undergraduates of 2015, to reveal some substances' diffusion capacity and diffusion speed throughout mouse erythrocyte membrane. Then we combined the theories in cell biology and other subjects to analyze the rea- sons for hemolysis or not, and differences of hemolysis speed. Our paper would provide valuable reference to experimental teaching.
