地方高校帮扶中小学教师校本研修实践与探索——以商洛市为例

摘要 校本研修以解决教育教学实际问题、全面提高教师专业水平为目标,是我国基础教育管理体制最基层、最重要的基本单位,是我国中小学教师提升教学水平和自身专业发展的重要途径。文章通过对商洛市部分中小学教师校本研修现状进行调查与分析,从拓展校本研修平台、构建网络研修社区、整合优质教育资源等方面探索地方高校帮扶中小学教师校本研修的有效途径,对于促进商洛市中小学教师专业发展,提高商洛市教育教学质量有重要的研究意义和价值。 The school-based teaching and research, which aims to solve practical problems in education and teaching, and takes improving teachers' professional level as the goal, is the most basic and important unit in the management system of China's basic education. It is an important way to improve the teaching level and their pro- fessional development for the primary and secondary school teachers. Based on the survey on the present situation of school-based research made by some of of the primary and secondary school teachers in Shangluo City, the pa- per carries on the investigation and the analysis of local colleges and universities helping teachers in primary and middle schools to do school-based training and research from the aspects such as the effective way of development platform of school-based training and network training community construction, integration of high-quality education- al resources and so on, It has important research significance and value to promote the professional development of teachers in primary and middle schools and to improve education and teaching quality in Shangluo City.
