探析新媒体时代下高校学生工作危机管理机制创新

教育改革的深化使高校教育发展方式发生了转变,在这个转变的过程中,由于受到自然、社会环境以及教育本身等一些潜在的因素的影响,难免会发生一些突发性或者灾难性的事件危害学生的人身安全。目前以教学质量为重点工作的观念使得许多高校在学生工作危机管理方面出现诸多问题,而学生数量的增多又让危机管理工作的复杂性更加严重,增加了管理的难度,高校学生工作面临新挑战。因此,在现阶段的高校学生工作危机管理中,创新管理机制,利用现代科学技术和借助有利的新媒体技术,从而实现有效管理变得非常需要。

In the process of the transition, due to the natural and social environment and education itself and some other potential factors, some sudden catastrophic events will inevitably occur to bring harm to students＇ personal safety. At present, the work with emphasis on the quality of teaching leads to many problems in the crisis management of the student work in colleges and universities, and the increasing number of the students makes the complexity of the crisis management more serious, increasing the difficulty of management, students work in universities faces new challenge. Therefore, at this stage of crisis management in university students~ work, it is necessary to innovate management mechanism, and use modern science and technolo~ to realize effective management
