高校图书馆著作权相关法律问题探析

高校图书馆的日常业务每时每刻都和著作权相关,如出借、复制、使用、传播等等。因此,必须明确著作权相关法律问题,妥善处理图书馆、读者和著作权之间的关系,使图书馆事业在法律规定的范围内和谐运作。文章就图书馆业务中所涉及的著作权问题给出阐述,并对高校图书馆防止侵犯著作权的管理措施做出了探析。

the University Library＇s daily business is copyright-related all the time, such as lending, copying, us- ing of the books, spreading the knowledge and so on. Therefore, we must clear the copyright related legal issues, properly handle the relationship between readers, library and copyright, to make the library business operation har- mony within the limits prescribed by law. This paper relates to the copyright in library service, and prevents the in- fringement of copyright on the college library management.
