“95”后高校大学生党员教育培养体系建设探究

大学生党员培养是高校党建及思想政治教育的重要内容,目前高校大学生党员队伍步入"95"后时代,学生自我意识愈发强烈,自媒体等时代属性更为明显,以往的党员教育培养方式受到了挑战。文章从理论培养、实践教育、支部建设、创新发展、网络推进五个维度出发,探讨构建大学生党员教育培养的"五维"体系,尝试新时期大学生党员队伍教育培养途径。

This paper focuses on the investigation of the construction of the system of college student Party members＇ education and cultivation in five dimensions, including theory training, Practice training, Construction of Party branch, Innovation and developments, promoting via network, trying a training and e- ducation way of the undergraduate Party member in the new period.
