高校党建工作的核心任务之一为提升高等大学生党员发展质量。文章分析了新形势下科学提高大学生党员质量的重要意义,对大学生党员发展过程中面临的问题进行深入阐述,并且提出提高大学生党员发展质量的对策分析,从而对高校党建工作规范化和精细化有所提升。

Enhancing the development quality of the college students＇ communists is one of the core tasks of party building in universities. This paper analyses main problems and causes of the college students＇ communists＇ quality deeply. On this basis, we propose to improve the quality of .the college students＇ communists in order to benefit to enhance the scientific level of party construction in Universities.
