浅论研究生培养质量保障体系中导师队伍建设

当前,建立健全研究生培养质量保障体系已成为众多高等院校、科研机构的重要任务,而在培养质量体系中占据重要地位的导师队伍建设也成为各培养单位的工作重心。本文从导师队伍建设与研究生培养质量保障体系之间的联系出发,阐述研究生培养质量保障体系视角下的导师队伍建设存在的问题,并就加强研究生导师队伍建设进行了思考。

At present, establishing and improving the quality of postgraduate education assurance system has become an important task of many institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutions. And the con- struetion of the tutor team, which takes an important role in postgraduate education training quality, has also turned to be the focus of a lot training units. Analyzing the relationship between the quality assurance system of postgrad- uate education training and the construction of the tutor team, the paper sets forth the problems of the construction of the tutor team, and try to find out some measures to strengthen the construction of the tutor team.
