提升高校青年教师职业精神的探索与研究——以沈阳航空航天大学为例

我校工程训练中心现有40岁以下青年教师31人,占中心教师总数的80%以上,80后青年已成为工程训练中心教师队伍的主力。这是一支朝气蓬勃、极具潜力的青年队伍,是工程训练中心发展的后备力量。工程训练中心实践教学任务多、面向全校所有学生,青年教师在日常生活和教学过程中与大学生接触多,影响面大,对学生未来发展影响深远。因此对青年教师职业精神提升的研究有重要的现实意义。

There are 31 young teachers under the age of 40 in the engineering training center of our university , taking more than 80% of the total number of teachers. the youth after 80s has become the main force of facul- ty in engineering training center. This is a young team full of youthful spirit, the great potentiality and the re- serve forces for the development of the engineering training center .These young teachers in engineering training center have more contact with college students in the daily life and teaching process and have a profound impact on future development of students. Therefore, it has important practical significance to study the promotion of young teachers＇ professional spirit.
