浅谈高校教师素养对课堂教学的影响

高等教育的现代化是我国社会主义现代化建设的重要组成和必要前提。然而,现在高校教师的自身素养良莠不齐,难免对高等教育的课堂教学产生不利的影响。文章从研究生导师的角度出发,对高等学校教育中高校教师应当具有的自身素养及其对高校课堂教学的影响进行了思考和探索,指出未来高校教师自身素养提高的方向和课堂教学的建议。

Modernization of the higher education is an important component and prerequisite for the moderniza- tion construction of China. However, their own quality of the university teachers varies greatly, which inevitably has a negative impact on the classroom teaching in higher education. In this paper, from the perspective of tutor, we explore the quality that the university teachers should own and its impact on the college classroom teaching, and point out the recommendations and future directions of the improvement of university teacher quality and classroom.
