新时期提高高校学生思想政治教育实效性的对策分析

胡锦涛同志在共青团第十四次代表大会中提出"一个有远见的民族,总是把关注的目光投向青年;一个有远见的政党,总是把青年看作是推动历史发展和社会前进的重要力量"。由此可见,青年大学生的发展关系国家和民族的未来,青年的思想道德素质关系到社会主义的建设。随着新课程标准的推广,学生的思想政治教育也受到了广泛的重视。我国现在处于社会主义建设的初期,也是最为关键的时期,现在学生的思维方式、特点及行为习惯、方式都有很大的变化,这就需要我们在加大提高学生思想政治教育的同时,根据各个高校自身的教学特点结合学生的特点,进行全面的教学探索。本文就如何提高高校学生思想政治教育实效性的对策进行分析。

With the promotion of the new curriculum standards, students＇ ideological and political educa- tion has received extensive attention. Our country is now in the early stages of the socialist construction, and also in the most critical period. Now the way of students＇ thinking, characteristics and behavior habits have great changes, which requires us to strengthen the ideological and political education for students, at the same time, ex- plore the overall teaching according to the characteristics of their various colleges and universities and the students＇ characteristics. The paper analyzes how to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education on college students.
