摘要 从学习理论的视角认识现代学徒制的学习过程:现代学徒制学习过程是一个个体经验建构的过程;现代学徒制学习过程是一个基于工作场所的学习过程;现代学徒制学习过程是一个实践共同体参与的过程;现代学徒制学习过程是一种非正式的偶然学习过程;现代学徒制学习过程是一种不断拓展的创造过程。现代学徒制的学习过程是一种在工作场所的学习环境之中,始终贯穿着经验学习的内在机制,通过参与学习与非正式学习的途径方式,以不断拓展的姿态实现深度学习。
