摘要
建立了固相萃取(SPE)净化,超高效液相色谱(UPLC)同时测定纺织品中14种二苯甲酮类(BPs)和苯并三唑类(BZTs)紫外吸收剂的分析方法。样品以甲醇-四氢呋喃超声提取,提取液经ENVI—Carb固相萃取柱净化后,在C,。色谱柱和乙腈-0.1%甲酸水流动相下梯度洗脱分离,二极管阵列检测器测定。结果表明,14种紫外吸收剂在0.1~50mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999;方法检出限为1—5mg/kg;阴性涤纶和腈纶样品在3个加标水平下的平均回收率(n=6)为81.5%~99.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.8%-7.5%。该方法简单快速,回收率和精密度良好,适用于纺织品中14种紫外吸收剂的同时测定。
A new method was established for the simultaneous determination of fourteen benzophenone and benzotriazole UV absorbents in textiles by solid phase extraction(SPE) combined with ultra-high performance liquid chromatography(UPLC). The samples were extracted with methanol- tetrahydro- furan by ultrasonic. After purified using ENVI-Carb SPE column, the extract solutions were separa- ted on a C18 chromatographic column using acetonitrile -0. 1% formic acid as mobile system by gradi- ent elution, and detected with diode array detector (DAD). The results indicated that 14 analytes presented favorable linearity(r 〉0. 999) in the concentration range of 0. 1 -50 mg/L. The limits of detection of the method ( LODs, S/N = 3 ) were in the range of 1 - 5 mg/kg. Recoveries were calcu- lated to be in the range of 81.5% -99. 1% at three spiked concentration levels in negative samples, with relative standard deviations ( RSD, n = 6 ) of 2. 8% - 7.5%. The method is simple, rapid, and is suitable for the simultaneous determination of fourteen UV absorbents in textiles with favorable recoveries and precision.
