摘要
建立了同时测定涂料中11种苯甲酮类和苯并三唑类紫外吸收剂的超高效液相色谱(UPLC)分析方法。乳胶漆类样品经水分散后,乙酸乙酯提取;木器清漆类样品以乙腈直接提取。提取液以C。。色谱柱为分离柱,在乙腈-水流动相体系下变流速洗脱分离,二极管阵列检测器检测。结果表明,11种紫外吸收剂在0.1~50mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r)均不小于0.9990;方法检出限为10~30mg/kg;3个加标水平下的平均回收率(n=6)为80.7%-107%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.0%~8.7%。该方法简单、快速,回收率和精密度良好,适用于涂料中11种紫外吸收剂的同时测定。
An ultra high performance liquid chromatographic(UPLC) method was established for the simultaneous determination of eleven benzophenone and benzotriazole UV absorbents in coating sam- ples. The emulsion paint samples were firstly dispersed with water, and subsequently extracted with ethyl acetate, while the wood varnish samples were extracted directly with acetonitrile. The extracts were separated on a Cls chromatographic column using acetonitrile -water mobile system with a varia- ble flow rate, and detected with diode array detector(DAD). The results indicated that 11 analytes had good linear relationships(r≥0. 999 0) in the concentration range of 0. 1 -50 mg/L. The limits of detection of the method(MLODs) were in the range of 10 -30 mg/kg. Recoveries of 11 analytes at three spiked concentration slevels were in the range of 80. 7% - 107% with relative standard deviations (RSD, n = 6) of 3. 0% - 8. 7%. The method was simple and rapid, and was suitable for the simultane- ous determination of eleven UV absorbents in coating samples with favorable recoveries and precisions.
