我国乡镇企业管理者能力提升分析——基于史玉柱管理能力的启示

An Analysis on the Promotion of Managers' Ability in Township Enterprises of Our Country—Based on Inspiration of Shi Yu-zhu's Management

随着我国新型城镇化建设以及社会主义新农村建设步伐的不断加快,乡镇企业逐渐成为城乡经济发展的重要组成部分。然而,与城市中较为成熟的现代企业相比,大部分乡镇企业的经营管理水平较低。基于此,借鉴史玉柱成功的管理经验,提出乡镇企业管理者应从增强抗压能力、提升团队凝聚力、树立创造性决策理念等方面提升管理能力。

With the rapid development of the constructions of new urbanization and socialist countryside in our country,township enterprises have gradually become an important part in the development of urban and rural economy. However,compared to the more matured modern urban enterprises,the levels of operation and management in most township enterprises are lower. Based on this,this paper,by drawing Shi Yu-zhu＇s successful experience,presents ideas to promote management ability from strengthening pressure resistance ability,enhancing team agglomeration,establishing creative decision and so on.
