非民族聚居地回族女性婚恋观的个案研究——以咸阳市回民街为例

A Case Study of Hui Nationality Women's View on Marriage in Non-minority Areas—Taking Xianyang Muslim Street as an Example

非民族聚居地的回族女性,她们的行为方式、思想认知等不仅体现有回族文化的特征,也体现有所处异地文化的烙印。本文通过对回族女性的择偶观、婚姻观、离婚观的考察,研究发现:回族女性的婚恋观既是伊斯兰法的体现,也是我国现行婚姻制度的组成部分,其存在有自身的独特性和价值合理性,因此,尊重她们的婚恋选择,摒弃对伊斯兰教的传统观念及范式思维,对其予以"同情的理解"具有重要的意义。

Hui nationality women in non-minority areas,whose behaviors and ideological cognition not only reflect the characteristics of Hui nationality culture,but also local culture. Through investigation of their views on choosing spouse,marriage and divorce,it is found that Hui nationality women＇s view on marriage is the embodiment of Islamic law,which is a part of the current marriage system in our country,its existence has uniqueness and value rationality. Therefore,it is of important significance to respect their marriage choice,abandon the traditional concept of Islam and paradigm of thinking and give them ＂sympathetic understanding＂.
