改扩建隧道衬砌振速控制值的确定和爆破参数优化的方法 被引量:3

摘要 通过现场试验和理论分析研究交通管制对隧道改扩建工程爆破施工进度与交通运营的影响.通过现场监测、数值模拟和理论分析对确定既有隧道衬砌振速控制值的方法进行分析.基于既有隧道衬砌振速控制值对新建隧道爆破参数的优化方法进行分析.对新岭隧道扩建工程的爆破施工关键技术研究表明:(1)改扩建隧道爆破施工时,为了保证爆破施工进度和高速公路的正常营运,既有隧道应采取不实行交通管制的措施;(2)可根据既有隧道的动态监测、健康诊断以及隧道改扩建工程数值模拟来确定既有隧道的爆破振速控制值;(3)提出了基于新建隧道爆破效果与既有隧道安全运营的双目标爆破施工控制措施,给出了基于爆破振速控制值优化新建隧道爆破参数的方法. Based on field test and theoretical analysis, the effects of traffic control on blasting construction processand traffic operation during the reconstruction of tunnel were studied. The method of determining the control val-ue of vibration velocity of the existing tunnel was analyzed by field ,test, ,numerical simulation and theoretical a- fnalysis, and then the optimization method of blasting parameters of a new tunnel was analyzed based on the con-trol value of vibration velocity of the existing tunnel. The research of key technology of blasting constructionshows that ( 1 ) measures should be taken to free the existing tunnel from traffic control in order to make sure theblasting construction process and normal operation of the highway during the blasting construction of tunnel recon-struction ; (2) the control value of vibration velocity of the existing tunnel can be determined by dynamic monito-ring, health diagnosis of the existing tunnel and numerical simulation of tunnel reconstruction ; (3) control meas- Iures of double objectives concerning the blasting effect of the new tunnel and normal operation of the existing tun-nel are proposed and the optimization method of blasting parameters of new tunnel based on the control value ofvibration velocity is given.
