高职教育的育人目标应明确“创新”要素

The Specification of “Innovation” in Educational Goal of Higher Vocational Education

大众创业万众创新已经成为经济社会新常态,培养产业型创新人才主要应由高职院校承担,而创新教育既是培育创新人才的关键,又是高职院校自身发展和毕业生在职业岗位上专业成长与职业成长的基础,因而有必要将高职教育育人目标从"培养高素质技术技能人才"提升到"培养高素质技术技能创新人才"。高职教育应在课程设置与教材建设、实践教学与平台建设、校园文化与人性化教育等方面充分体现创新要素。

Public entrepreneurship and innovation have become the new economic and social normality, demanding a large numberof innovative personnel, including hi-tech and industrial innovation talents. The cultivation of innovative talents should be nurturedin higher vocational colleges. Currently, the innovative education in many higher vocational colleges seems to be limited, However,innovation education is the key to cultivating innovative talents as well as a basis for the self-development of the vocational collegesand the graduates in their job professional development and career growth. Thus, it is indispensable to upgrade vocational educationfrom cultivating high-qualified technical talents to high-qualified technical innovative talents. The cultivation of innovative talents inhigher vocational education is required to fully reflect the innovative elements in the curriculum and teaching materials construction,practical teaching, platform construction, campus culture and humanistic education.
