Establishing Corresponding Operation and Long-term Mechanism by Constructing Collaborative Synergy Model between Colleges and Enterprises

校企合作是职业教育的必由之路,也是必经之路。建立有效的长效合作机制和开展富有成效的合作,是政府部门、职业院校和合作企业共同的追求。浙江农业商贸职业学院通过建立"校政行企"协同、专业群联动、课程与企业项目协同、教师学生和企业员工协同、校园文化和行业文化协同、学校资源与企业资源协同等多元协同模式,有效建立了校企合作的长效机制。

College-enterprise cooperation is the only way for vocational education. The common goal of the government, vocationalcolleges and cooperative enterprises is to establish an effective long-term cooperation mechanism and fruitful cooperation. ZhejiangAgricultural Business College has been setting up a long- term mechanism of college- enterprise cooperation through theestablishment of multiple cooperative modes, such as the ＂college-enterprise＂ cooperation, the linkage of professional groups, thesynergy between courses and enterprise projects, between teachers, students and enterprise staff members, and between campus andindustrial cultures and between college-enterprise resources.
