大麻素在突触可塑性和学习记忆中的作用

摘要 桑科植物大麻被广泛用于恶心、厌食、炎症、慢性疼痛、癌症、癫痫、多发性硬化症和神经变性病等多种疾病的治疗，但其在神经精神和认知功能等方面难以消除的副作用在很大程度上限制了其临床应用，尤其是长期治疗。
