摘要
采用改良的浸渍法和改良的溶胶-凝胶法,并引入等离子体对催化剂进行改性,制备一系列固定质量比例的负载型Ni-Ce/TiO_2-Al_2O_3催化剂,通过固定床反应器考察不同制备方法和不同反应温度对催化剂性能的影响,并采用XRD,BET,CO_2-TPD,TG技术对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明:催化剂的适宜反应温度为800℃,焙烧辅助等离子体还原改性处理的催化剂的催化活性较佳,且催化剂的比表面积较大,镍晶粒分散度较高,碱性活性位较多。
The modified impregnation and the sol-gel method were adopted to prepare a series of fixed mass ratio of the supported Ni-Ce/TiO2-Al2O3 catalyst with the introduction of plasma modified the catalysts. The influences of different preparation methods and reaction temperatures on the catalytic performance were investigated by a fixedbed reactor. The catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction( XRD),Brunauer-Emmett-Teller( BET),temperature-programmed desorption of CO2( CO2-TPD) and thermogravimetric analysis( TG). The results show that the suitable reaction temperature is 800 ℃,the activity of catalyst prepared by plasma-assisted calcination is better,which has larger specific surface area,higher nickel dispersion and more basic active sites.
