摘要
对6061铝型材进行表面改性处理,研究了不同制备工艺转化膜的转化过程和微观组织,并对比分析了三种工艺转化膜的结合力、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,三种制备工艺下得到的转化膜与基体的结合力都达到了国标中的0级标准。工艺C得到的转化膜,其耐腐蚀性能最好。
6061 aluminum profile surface was modificated by different processes, and the microstructure, binding force,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the surface were studied. The results show that the binding force of the coating and substrate in three preparation processes are all 0 grade, which are favour to the national standard. The coating prepared by process C shows the best corrosion resistance.
