摘要 为了适应地质钻探工作的需要,在金刚石钻头的胎体表面进行金属化,使之具有更高的强度、硬度和良好的耐磨性、韧性,目前采用的电镀单一金属层难以满足这些综合性能要求。针对这一特点,通过生产实践,结合电铸金刚石钻头与电镀金刚石钻头的特点,优化了三种电铸液的成分和品质,总结出电铸金刚石钻头的方法和实施过程,应用了二元合金元素体系的结合性能,获得的电铸金刚石钻头,综合性能有了显著提高,并有效延长了金刚石钻头的使用寿命,满足了地质钻探工作的要求。 In order to meet the demands of geological drill work, the surface of diamond bits is metallized to achieve higher strength, hardness and better resistance and toughness. At present, it is difficult for the single metal electroplating layer to meet the requirements of comprehensive performance. In this paper, through repeated production practices,combined with the characteristic of electroformed diamond drill and electroplated diamond bit, the composition and quality of three kind of electrolytes were optimized to summarize the method of electroformed diamond bit and the implementation process. The electroformed diamond bits obtained by the combination performance of binary alloy element significantly improve the comprehensive performance and have the longer service life, and can meet the more requirements of geological drilling work.
