摘要
在有限元数值模拟基础上,根据模拟所得的最优型砧工艺参数,利用线切割技术加工一对新型复合曲面型砧。采用铅试件代替在高温状态下的钢,以KD法为基础,在1 000 k N液压材料实验机上进行有效锻合区域的实验验证。结果表明,有效锻合区域的有限元计算结果与实验结果基本吻合,证明了M型砧的优越性。
On the basis of finite element numerical simulation, according to the optimal anvil process parameters, the wire cutting technology was used to process a pair of new composite surface-anvil. Using lead specimen instead of steel at high temperature, on the basis of KD method, experiments were carried out to verify the effective forging alloy region in 1 000 k N hydraulic material test machine. The results show that the finite element results of effective forging alloy region basically accord with the experimental results, which proved the superiority of the M shape anvil.
