摘要
根据叉架类锻件尺寸和形状特点,通过跟踪分析及长期试验,选择最合适的圆弧倒角过渡尺寸,对锻件进行工艺分析,制定出合理的锻造工艺。同时,根据生产实际,应用PRO/E软件设计出了生产效率高的锻造模具,实现叉架锻件的锻造成形。经过试制、小批量与批量生产,模具使用寿命高,产品质量合格且稳定。
The forging process for motorcycle fork parts was studied by tracking analysis and long-term test according to the size and shape characteristic. At the same time, the forging die was designed according to the production practice by PRO/E software. After trial production, small batch and mass production, the service life of the forging die prolongs and the product quality improves.
