摘要
通过计算不同条件下激光焊接工艺,解析焊接过程中的物质扩散原理,对比模型预测与实验结果。结果表明,在案例模型中,初始测试过程解析了物质扩散原理,在异种焊接时材料特性也会表现出来,预测显示与实验结果较为吻合。
The principle of material diffusion in welding process was resolved by calculating the laser welding process under different conditions, and the model prediction results were compared with experimental results. The results show that the material diffusion principle can be resolved by initial testing process in the case of the model, and material characteristics will also be demonstrated in dissimilar welding. The prediction shows that the results are consistent with the experimental results.
