摘要
分析了某种大型铝黄铜轴套的工况,推荐高锰铝青铜作为轴套材质,获得用户采纳。着重讨论了离心铸造工艺参数的确定,采用带弯嘴浇口的漏斗侧流式浇注系统,使浇注的合金液在最初3 s内能均匀铺型,且铺型厚度δ≥7 mm,能有效地预防重皮、冷隔缺陷的产生。还对防止大型轴套可能产生的气孔缺陷进行较为深入的探讨。此外,对含镍高锰铝青铜ZCu Al8Mn13Fe3Ni2的化学成分进行优化,获得了高强韧的综合力学性能。
Analyzing abominable operating mode of large sleeve of aluminum brass, a proposal that high manganese aluminum bronze was used as the material of making sleeve was put forward, and the proposal was adopted by the user.The process parameters in the vertical centrifugal casting were determined, adopting the gating system with side stream bunker to make alloy liquid can lay homogeneous in three second, δ≥7 mm, so as to effectively prevent coldlaps and cast seam. Also the measurements to prevent air hole defects in large sleeve were discussed. In addition, optimizing the chemical composition of ZCu Al8Mn13Fe3Ni2 alloy, the synthesized mechanical property with high strength and toughness was obtained.
