On Counter- terrorism Culture Intelligence

[目的/意义]反恐文化情报对消除恐怖主义具有重要的作用,对其研究对指导各国的反恐工作,维护各国的国家安全及社会稳定具有重要的意义。[方法/过程]采用定性分析法,提出了反恐文化情报的概念,并从反恐文化教育、反恐区域的民俗地理信息、社交网络等三个方面对反恐文化情报的内容进行了阐述,最后从反恐教育、核心区域信息的收集、社区文化宣传等方面提出了一系列建设反恐文化情报的措施。[结果/结论]研究结果认为:加强恐怖主义泛滥区域的文化情报建设可以有效从源头上治理恐怖主义。

[Purpose / Significance] It is important for every country to eliminate terrorism,and studying counter- terrorism culture intelligence is an important path to achieve the goals of counter- terrorism work such as effectively maintaining the national security and social stability.[Method / Process] This paper adopts qualitative analysis and studies the counter culture- terrorism culture intelligence. Based on its concept defined in the study,relevant contents such as terrorism culture education,folk custom geographic information of counter-terrorism core areas and social network are discussed. At last,measures to construct counter- terrorism culture intelligence are put forward,which include counter- terrorism education,information collection of core areas and community culture construction. We hope that government can prevent terrorism activity of extreme religious propaganda.[Result / Conclusion]The research results show that the source control strategy of wiping out the evil ideology via effective counter- terrorism culture intelligence construction can help prevent new terrorism.
